BALTIMORE, MD (Thursday, May 22, 2025) - Today, Mayor Brandon M. Scott issued the following traffic and safety updates in effect for Memorial Day weekend and Artscape.
The Baltimore City Emergency Operations Center (EOC) will be activated from Saturday, May 24th through Monday, May 26th. The Level II "Partial Activation" will support city operations and services for Artscape and Memorial Day weekend.
Road Closures
The following streets will be closed from Thursday, May 22nd at 4:00 p.m. to Monday, May 26th at 12:00 a.m.:

Parking Restrictions
Parking restrictions in preparation for Artscape began at 12:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20th and will continue throughout the week. Motorists are also urged to pay close attention to posted parking restrictions as vehicles parked in violation will be ticketed and towed.
