BALTIMORE, MD (Monday, March 15, 2021) — On Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. ET, Mayor Brandon M. Scott will deliver his first State of the City address, reflecting on the accomplishments of his first 100 days in office as well as the last year of navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The address will be streamed on CharmTV (Comcast Channels 25 and 1085HD), online at charmtvbaltimore.com, and on the Mayor’s social media. This year’s events are virtual and will not include a live audience. 

Baltimore City Council President Nick J. Mosby will deliver opening remarks and introduce the Mayor for the address.

Since taking the oath of office on December 8, 2020, Mayor Scott has led an inclusive transition process to generate recommendations from a diverse cross-section of Baltimoreans and identify immediate actions which can be followed on the 100 Days of Action Tracker.
